There is plenty of room to visit or relax in either of the two gathering areas which each offer ample seating and large screen televisions as well. If you are not out enjoying all of the delectable dining options in St. George, a fully equipped kitchen is available for your cooking needs. This cozy, comfortable, and spacious unit is perfect for your time in St. George as you explore Zion National Park or take a day trip to the Grand Canyon, enjoy a show at the renowned Tuachan theater, participate in the annual Huntsman Senior Games or St. George marathon, or take advantage of the shopping, biking, hiking, and dining opportunities that are abundant in this beautiful part of southern Utah. Or, if you prefer to stay close to home, spend some time on the patio enjoying the new BBQ grill and outdoor seating area. As a bonus, this rental property is a corner unit that offers a spectacular view of Pine Valley mountain from the patio. When you aren't out and about town you can enjoy time at home cooling off with a dip in the pool or relax with a soak in the spa, play a game or two of Pickleball on the new court, or enjoy time with family at the children's playground. THE FREEDOM VILLAGE DIFFERENCE
All Freedom Village units offer smart technology safety features which change the entry code after each rental and close an open garage if you forget. WIFI and cable are available throughout the unit. The kitchen is highlighted by quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, and a smoothie blender. All appliances are state of the art including the washer and dryer. Each bed is a high quality Stearns and Foster mattress with luxury grade linens that are professionally cleaned after each guest. Ceiling fans are placed all throughout the unit. Two water heaters in the unit ensure ample warm water for multiple guests.

Main floor: Master bedroom with king-size bed and attached bathroom, kitchen and dining area, gathering area with sleeper sofa, half bathroom, patio, 1 car garage.
Second floor: 2nd bedroom with king-size bed and attached bathroom, 3rd bedroom with three twin-size beds, bathroom, gathering area with sleeper sofa, laundry area.
THE AREA
Freedom Village is located in the scenic and peaceful southeast area of St. George/Washington City. You are 5-10 minutes from Dixie State University, downtown St. George, or the outlet shopping mall. Snow Canyon and Tuachan are just 30 minutes away. You can be at Zion National Park in one hour.
THE RULES
Smoking and pets are not allowed. The unit allows a maximum of 10 guests.
