  • Can I check in early?

    We offer an early check in of 1:00 PM for $50. Please call 435-688-1616 ext.

  • Can I check out late?

    We offer a late check out of 1:00 PM for $50. Please call 435-688-1616 ext. 2.

  • When will I receive check in instructions?

    Instructions are sent immediately upon booking your home. If you haven’t seen them, they have most likely gone to spam. As well, a text message will be sent to you the day before your check in with your front door code.

  • What is the address of my home?

    The text sent to you the day before arrival will contain the club house address (best used in apple/google maps). As well as the actual home address.

  • Is the Pool open?

    Yes, our amenities are open year round.

  • Is the Pool Heated?

    Most of the year, yes. On any major weekends or Holidays, the pool is heated.

  • My BBQ has run out of propane, how do I get more?

    There are extra propane tanks in the common area near the pickle ball court where you can get a new tank.

  • Are there any more toilet paper, paper towels, or coffee pods that I can use?

    Where this is a private home, not a hotel, we provide you with a starter kit. Any needed items after that are the responsibility of the guest to purchase.

  • What time does the pool and other amenities open and close?

    6:30 AM to 10:30 PM.

  • Is there additional parking?

    Each home has a single car garage, and 2 parking spots. As well, there may be additional parking dependent upon occpupancy.

  • I left an item in the home, how do I get it back or is there a lost and found?
  • Do you allow pets?

    We have 4, dog friendly specific homes. Any other homes outside of dog friendly designated homes is prohibited. As well, the community is not a pet friendly community and dogs are not permitted in the common areas.

  • Is there boat/RV parking?

    Yes. We have 6 RV/Boat Parking stalls that are available on a first come, first serve basis.

  • When will my deposit be refunded?

    Utah law requires that a deposit be refunded 30 days after check out at the latest. Typically its refunded within 24 hours of check out, and takes 3-5 business days to hit your account.

  • Why am I required to purchase a damage waiver or leave a deposit?

    In order to ensure quality of our homes, each guest has the option to leave either a deposit on file for damages, or they may purchase a damage waiver. The damage waiver covers up to $1500 of incidental damages.

  • Are pool towels in the home or do I need to bring my own?

    We provide 100% of the linens needed for your stay.

  • Is there a high chair or pack n play in my home?

    The majority of our homes include a high chair or pack n play. Where these are privately owned homes, not all of them do however. Please call (435) 688-1616 for details.
