Third party website bookings (such as VRBO, Flipkey, Homeaway, Airbnb, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies that are set up for that property inside the booking site. Some policies will vary. That policy will override Freedom Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy, which is:
– Cancellation within 15-29 days of the reservation will result in forfeiture of 50% of the nightly rental feel of the entire booking.
– Cancellation within 7-14 days of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of 75% of the nightly rental fee of the entire booking.
– Cancellation within 7 days or less of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the monies paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS NON NEGOTIABLE, REGARDLESS OF OUTSIDE CIRCUMSTANCES (PANDEMIC, EPIDEMIC, ETC.)
