The place is great! It's removed but close enough. The pool was good, gym was mediocre. Easy to get checked in. The communication was a bit overwhelming. I got texts from 2 different numbers, both were unmonitored. I got 2 emails and 2 marketing emails, 1 I responded to and they didn't respond back so assumed they were also unmonitored. There was also a notebook with all the details so not sure why I got so many other messages. There were some quirks like one of the toilet seats wouldn't stay up and the primary bedroom bathroom upstairs sink stopper didn't work. The WiFi wasn't strong enough for a family of 4 and streaming TVs (btw all the prior guests hadn't signed out of their streaming service!)They had plenty of the things we needed and overall we'd stay again.

The condo was really nice. The master bed is so comfortable! We loved the pool and pickleball and little basketball game in the kid room. The TVs have several channels to watch. It was comfortable for us and our dog! We really enjoyed our stay!
The communication is all done through a computer. This was okay, but very impersonal. They request your email address and do some communicating through airbnb and other messages just to email. There was a check out instruction to enter a code in the door when leaving that was only sent to my email and went to junk mail. I didn't see it until I got home.

We enjoyed the stay, very convenient with a pet. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The outdoor space was very clean and nice with furniture and a table and umbrella. We enjoyed the quiet evenings outside.
We could have used more towels, and there was a slight odor of pets when we arrived. Pets only allowed on main floor- but there was a gate to keep our dog from going upstairs. Bunk beds weren't needed- but if you do need them be aware they are very small and could only fit very little kids.

Located in a beautiful, private neighborhood. Wonderful for morning or evening walks to start or end the day.
Close to many trails, grocery shops, cafes and restaurants (10-15 minutes drive away).
The property was so comfortable and kitchen well equipped we preferred to cook in.
The pool and hot tub area was just perfect to soak and unwind.
Enjoyed the outdoor patio, beautiful sunsets, and a big time bonus, a pet friendly place.
Comfortable beds (Garmin suggests I haven't slept better)

We loved this airbnb! It was perfect for a week of relaxing after a wedding. It was dog-friendly and perfect for our little pup! My husband specifically loved the arcade game upstairs! The master had a bidet and the showers were large! Beds were comfortable! It had air control for both upstairs and down so you could adjust as needed! Pool was nice on those hot St. George days! Will 100% stay again!

You will not miss home while staying at this house -- perfectly clean, kitchen is well stocked, reclining leather sofas are super comfy, and even had fun games and pickleball racket/balls for us to use at the court right across the house. The host was very responsive, and I always appreciate a flexible self check-in with a code. I loved how tucked away and peaceful the neighborhood was, but we were still very close to everything else (most restaurants ~10 min drive, the nearest large grocery store ~5 min drive). Would come back again.

We stayed four days, use it as a base to visit national parks, and relax. The place is managed by a vacation rental company. The place is very clean and organized. The community has a pool, hot spa, pickleball court, and a small playground for kids. But it does not even provide enough shampoo, shower gel or dishwashing detergent for our 4 days of stay. It is stocked with plenty of kitchen cookware, but nothing in the pantry. Also, one should notice that the 3-level bunk bed has very limited vertical space between levels; maybe it would fit kids below age 5.

Overall a nice property. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary equipment. We liked that all the storage was labeled. The dog area was enclosed and adequate but be sure your dogs are acclimated to using astro-turf. Other then the pool and pickleball court there wasn't much to do in the immediate area that didn't require driving.

I am still in shock that we were able to book this place when we did since it seemed like the place was pretty much booked. This was such a fun stay. Super dog friendly! They even had food/water bowls in the home for our dog and an area in the enclosed patio for the dogs to go potty. Plus a really cool sink in the half bath that you could potentially bath your little pup if need be. Our kids loved playing pickleball, playing at the park, and swimming. The pool had a great mix for adults/older kids to enjoy, plus a shallow area for the younger kids. There was plenty of space in the unit we stayed in and it was great that there was plenty of parking. Oh, and there were even some spaces for trailers which worked out perfect since we brought down an off-road vehicle. We would 100% stay here again and plan to!

This was a beautiful home in a great location. We had 6 adult-sized people and the space was perfect! The kitchen is well organized and has every appliance/tool you might need. The beds were comfortable. I loved the small patio with access from the master bedroom; it was a great place to drink tea and enjoy the morning air.

The owner did an amazing job with this home! It was spotless and like staying in a model home. The house was stocked with great utensils, dishes, appliances, linens, etc. not just odds and ends someone got at a garage sale. The fenced yard was perfect for my pups who don't potty well on leashes, so being able to give them space to do their business was great. Garage parking is an added bonus.

Purdy's Place is a great townhome with beautiful, stylish and comfortable decor. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. It was stocked with everything we needed, even pickle ball paddles and balls so we could take advantage of playing on the community court twice during our stay. The best part for us was they allow pups to come with you, which was exactly what I was looking for in an Airbnb for this stay. The little fenced in back patio with turf was perfect. Great stay. The property is so clean and organized you will want to move in forever. The location is perfect to get to anything in St. George easily. They are way more than pet friendly. They provide toys and bowls to use during your stay. The best part is the community is small so we were steps from the pool and pickleball. Our kids spent more time outside than inside enjoying the beautiful weather. If you like watching TV there are 3 huge TVs. And more bathrooms than bedrooms if you like your own place to get ready. Dogs are allowed on the main floor only, not upstairs. Totally fine for us, but just be aware! Check in and check out were very easy and the hosts sent us messages throughout the stay to ensure everything went well. Would definitely stay here again!
