We had a lovely stay. Location was perfect for all we wanted to do in St George. The beds were so comfortable, cozy, and decor was beautiful. We are so grateful to spend time as a family in such a beautiful place. Outdoor space offered shade in the evening because it's east-facing—an added plus! We really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities, including the Xbox, the well-stocked kitchen, and the toiletries that were provided. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We visit So. Utah every year and this is a gem of a property to stay at. Close to our family and we had everything we needed to host a dinner. The kitchen was stocked well with everything. We have 3 boys and 2 small dogs and we felt right at home. We will be staying there again!

Thank you so much for a great stay. My whole family was so happy about how new and nice the Airbnb was. We loved the pool and just how clean and nice everything was. A bathroom for every bedroom was wonderful and plenty of space to spread out. We also loved that it was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The kids loved the big tvs. The place looked better than the photos and it was such a nice place to relax in. It was a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this vacation unit for Thanksgiving 2025. Our entire family joined us, a total of 6 adults and 4 children. The rental turned out to be absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was large enough to keep everyone happy with a separate bedroom for each family and another for the children. The upstairs family room proved a great play area for the little ones. This rental is just across the street from the pool and hot tub. Although the air temperature was quite cool the pool and hot tub were heated just right and our grandchildren ended up spending much of each day swimming. The rental has lots of TVs and the kitchen was everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast. There were lots of towels (including pool towels) and all the soaps and paper goods we needed. Communication with the host/owner was excellent. We will definitely keep this rental unit in our future plans.

Loved the house. Very clean and location was good. FYI...Backyard is not enclosed in case you were bringing a dog with you. Found out when we arrived that it was an open back yard so just ask and make sure before booking. Other than that everything was great. Will be back again.

We had a great time here, the community pool was heated, the pickleball court and playground were a hit for the kids. We especially enjoyed the endless private ping pong games in the attached garage. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable all weekend. Just a heads up to coffee drinkers that they provide a K-cup Keurig not something that works with fresh grounds. But other than that, we enjoyed the stay and would return!

Had a little trouble with the tv, but we didn't try to contact anyone for help. The pool is very close, but a little smaller than it looked in the photos and it didn't seem heated, but a good amount of lounge chairs. Great location for us.very easy check in and out`

We loved our stay here and would absolutely return for another visit. The house was well appointed and stocked. The kids loved the pool and the house was conveniently located near all our excursions. The only downside for us was that the double bunk bed room is right above the main floor primary bedroom and with our kids right above us, it was pretty noisy down below. After the first night we adjusted our sleeping arrangements, used a sound machine and all was well after that. Would definitely return but would probably sleep upstairs instead of down next time.

Very nice house, had plenty of space for me and my family. A lot of games around the house for the kids. Nice backyard, with patio table and bbq. The bbq didn't have a gas tank. Also backyard is open with the other townhouses. The pool was nice and opened till 10pm. Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Super clean, super cute. Really comfortable mattresses. Room for all the people in our group (4 adults and 8 kids). And plenty of TVs. LOVED being right across from the the pool, which was really well heated and it was awesome even in the 50 degree weather. We would love to come back!

Great stay with my family in town for family reunion. Used the nice, new pool across the street each day, and had a bbq with additional family members on the deck one evening. House furnishings very nice, two "living rooms" to watch different sports or shows. Great beds and linen.

What a beautiful home, well apportioned and clean. The location across from the pool was great with little to no noise from outside. The house had everything you would need for a great stay, including barbecue supplies and a host of kitchen utensils and appliances. The location is about 15-20 mins from most stores etc and so plan accordingly. The communication was lacking when problems arose, but despite those few problems the stay was overall comfortable and enjoyable. The house is 15 mins from the freeway and about an hour drive from Zion National Park. The master is a nice size and located downstairs as well as another room (queen bunk bed) next to the guest bathroom which has a shower and tub. Upstairs is a second, but smaller master bedroom and bath. The upstairs also has a huge play area and a fourth bathroom and bedroom with double bunk beds. Overall the stay was pleasant and enjoyable with plenty of games to entertain all ages. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our time here. The pool was smaller than anticipated but literally being right across from the pool and playground couldn't be better. They give you warning that there are only enough supplies for one night (2days?) stay and it is true (including toilet paper). But nice they include shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. I would suggest adding a pasta server and large strainer for pasta and plastic ware for children (plates and bowls and cups) to the kitchen inventory. Lots of linens and towels and tons of games and very clean. We'd recommend it!

The house provided a great central point and access to all the wonderful hikes/parks nearby. We appreciated the clean environment, modern appliances/fixtures and comfortable beds. The fully stocked kitchen was also so nice for us to be able to cook and enjoy the space. This particular property is right across from the pool which is very convenient but also can be very loud all day/night with the many kids who frequent the pool. Overall, lovely stay, we would definitely consider staying again! Also, Farmstead bakery in town is worth the visit, one of the best bakeries we've visited in a while. Yum!

I reserved the property for my family of four. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we didn't even use two of the rooms. There are plenty of games and the kitchen has everything! We went to Sand Hollow, which is just 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot. We'll likely travel back to St. George soon and will book this spot again if it's available.

Poolside villa is a great choice for families looking to spread out. It's directly across from the pool and in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of amenities for kids including an Xbox and board games. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. We had issues with the keypad to get in but the management company handled it quickly. We would stay here again.

Our party of 4 enjoyed our 2 night stay. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and appliance imaginable. (The Good Housekeeping knife set was a fave!) The decor was lovely and the bathrooms had plenty of self-care products and towels. The 2 cruiser bikes in the garage were a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows.
