This was the perfect property for our family! We came from northern Utah down to St. George for a dance competition. With our two little dogs it's always hard to find a dog friendly rental and this one was amazing!! Property had everything we needed and more!

This property was well-appointed with a nice pool and play area for the children and was near many of the trails and parks we wanted to visit. I would say the only glitch was the manager may want to advise the renters to put in the code followed by a checkmark and then WAIT a number of seconds for the door to unlock (you hear a series of tones). The other surprise was a large fee for cleaning the bed for having pet on it and we kept the one room he was in covered and did not allow our dog to go upstairs or to any other bedroom.

Much smaller than expected. Much of the community seating areas weren't used due to the pets downstairs rule so it was hard to find room to sit/eat with the family that was visiting. The pet area outdoors is very tiny.

The townhouse was great, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed- we would stay here again. A few things we enjoyed- upstairs and downstairs common areas with comfy couches and tvs, old school Nintendo gaming consul, the heated pool, and the pickleball court.

Great communication on access to the property and reminder notes. Loved the community and the location is super cute. There was plenty of room for our family and loved that it is dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed upstairs there is plenty of room and bedrooms on the main floor, so this is not an issue. Just make sure you have a means to keep them from going up if you have curious little fur balls.

This home fit our needs perfectly. In the right location, clean and comfortable. Plus, we had our grandpuppy with us, so it worked well with her being there as well. There was poop in the backyard from a previous dog that we cleaned up, but it was minimal and not a big deal. Inside the house was great!

Very nice and comfortable home to spend the week in. Clean with plenty of amenities. The swimming pool, playground, and pickleball court were close, clean and well maintained. One thing to mention that I didn't like were the bunk beds. The top bunk mattress is as deep as the side rails so they were not safe for children to use. The rails are there to protect the person from rolling off and falling several feet, but the mattress was as high and even an inch or two above the railing. Take caution if using. We had to juggle the sleeping arrangements for everyone to be safe. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Even better than the pictures. This place is beautiful, inviting, and spacious. Professionally managed. It was perfect for our family with comfortable accommodations for everyone. Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom. Two master suites, two bunk rooms. Lovely back patio. Awesome tv/theater room upstairs. Pet friendly, with a large dog crate available in the garage. Everyone was so impressed with the quality of this rental. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Our trip fell in the middle of spring break season, so it was a bit pricey, but comparable to other listings and way better than a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed here for three or four nights during our daughters dance competition at Crimson Cliff high school we also brought our dogs. This place was perfect super clean had literally everything we needed and there's plenty to do in the little neighborhood for the kids. They also had all the stuff you would need to play paddle ball, basketball or tennis would definitely come back here in the future.

The property was great. It accommodated everyone nicely. They were very receptive to my questions and even gave us a late check out without the requested 24 hours notice. The property had everything we needed since we cooked all our meals onsite. The only complaint we had was that the included Weber grill on the patio would stink at night. It probably just needs a good cleaning. We would totally stay there again.

We loved the rental. It was very comfortable, fit everyone well and we liked the location. The only issue we had was getting a hold of the owners for some help. They did not respond to Vrbo messages until we called the number and left a voice message. I was told we can text them directly, and after that we had no trouble.

The place matched the pictures and it was super clean. Had a family reunion and loved having 4 bathrooms (each family got their own). There were plenty of towels, including beach towels and everything was super clean. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need (it even had an airfryer!). Communication was also great - the propane gas tank ran out while we were in the middle of BBQing on July 4th and they had a number to call - they had someone with a new tank within 10 minutes of calling.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for us to gather together but also to spread out, thanks to the loft upstairs. This was a great location for our family to stay in while in town for a tournament. It had space for multiple guests, it was great to have a full kitchen at our disposal, and our kids loved having access to the pool and pickleball court. My husband and I enjoyed the gym, and the rental is very close to the local high school, which was great for morning runs. The staff was very responsive with two minor issues that arose during our stay. We'd love to stay here again.

The townhouse was nice. The pool was warm. My main complaint was that the listing wasn't accurate… I didn't NEED the things advertised, but it irked me that didn't provide what it said it would. No dog treats, but the dog bowls provided were helpful. No dog toys. No place to wash the dog except basic bathtub. No Minky blankets. Again, I'm okay without those things, but they should deliver on what they advertise. They have a small patio with a small, maybe 3'x5' artificial grass section. My dog wouldn't even walk on it. There is not a place in the complex to take the dogs to go on grass unless you're doing it on the grass in front of another townhouse's front door. It's St. G, so grassy areas are hard to come by. But, for the humans staying, it was nice. Close enough to all the fun things St.G has to offer. Could be due to the time of year, but the patio area needs an exterminator. Bugs would creep in at night by the patio sliding door.

Second time staying at a Freedom Vacation Rentals property. But this time got to stay with our furry companions. It was such a private and secure backyard for them that I felt great about our stay. The house was super comforting and kids love the bunk beds. Also like the option of the playground and pool. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. Despite being dog friendly (we reserved it so we could bring our own dog) it was really clean. It is practically new and some of the nearby units are still under construction. We relaxed in the pool with the kids and went to the nearby lake. We had plenty of room and beds and bathrooms for everyone. It's great for a big family. We would stay here again.

My family and I loved this home! The unit is very spacious and styled very nicely. The outdoor patio area was great for the dogs. We went to explore Zion National Park which is only about 45 minutes away and this home was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. There is also some really cool off-roading areas near by. We had everything we needed in this unit and the property manager was very attentive and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this stay and would definitely come here again! The house looks brand new and was perfect for our group of eight although it can sleep many more! The house is located approximately 3 miles from the Virgen River bike trail and it was very easy to get to it and connect to many other trails! You can seriously ride your bike for days here! The management was very responsive. This is a little development where every home is basically a vacation home being rented by somebody else. The pool was very refreshing too! I would definitely recommend staying at any one of these homes!
