The unit itself was great but the resort pools and hot tubs are in need of updating. Also, this is a small complaint, but the unit bathroom toilets were extremely loud when they refilled after flushing.

This place was spacious, cute and clean. Kitchen area was lovely! Master suite is very spacious!
I did have to clean out the previous tenants coffee. But that's no big deal.
The pools were super busy but it was hot during our stay!
All in all it is nice and I would refer this place to a younger family for sure!

Was a perfect place to stay for our vacation with littles. so much to do on site, but also only a short drive to entertainment, hiking and restaurants. The rental was clean, and we can't wait to go back!

it was challenging to actually find the location / condo. The pics show a "ground" level and it is not but there is an elevator sending / receiving messages from 'host' was challenging and 2 days later instructed to use a different avenue of communication... all in all, it served the purpose that we needed at that time.

I've been vacationing in the Las Palmas resort since I was a baby (35 years!) and this specific condo and location did not disappoint. Being at the far end of the resort meant there was less traffic and it was quiet. Plus the view of the sunset each night was phenomenal. My kids loved the bunk room and I personally loved the tall ceilings. Very spacious and homey feeling.

We have stayed at this unit before and loved the location and views off the patio. The unit is very spacious and nice. The unit wasn't as clean as when we've stayed here before and the check out instructions are a little conflicting but it was overall a good stay.

They were very responsive and friendly. The house was well supplied with pots and pans, towels, etc- the only thing that seemed to be missing was a sponge/scrubber for the kitchen, which made doing dishes a little difficult haha. Overall a great experience!

We rented this unit for 6 days while in St George for a softball tournament. This unit had plenty of space for our family. The three full bathrooms was a plus. I was initially hesitant to book this listing due to the lack of reviews. The pictures on the listing need to be updated as we found the unit to be much nicer in person than in the pictures. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The unit is on the 2nd floor with easy access to the stairs/ elevator. The patio backs up to unoccupied mountains with a beautiful view. The complex grounds were very nice and located in a clean, safe neighborhood. This unit is within walking distance of the Family Pool & Waterfall Pool. The water slide pool is a little bit further walk but not too bad. We spent a lot of time at the pools. I can not comment on responsiveness of the management company as I did not have any reason to contact them. The check in/ out process was easy. We would definitely stay at this rental again should we ever be in the St George area. My only complaint was the lack of pots & pans. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, cup & silverware but only one small pot and one small pan. We made due with what we had. There is a grill on the patio which was nice to cook on so we didn't have to eat out every meal.
